Dropped off my 2005 Corolla early for service, (my work history over 10 yrs at a Toyota dealership. so I am well aware of Toyota's standards and expectations) my advisor David Bowles who was not even dressed as an advisor, finally sent a text with recommendations 9, I agreed to all but 2. I called to inquire when the car would be done and was abruptly told that one of the recommendations would take over 8 hrs. to complete and that is if they had the parts tentatively Friday the car should be done. I called Friday and left a voice message, after over an hour I called back and he told me that he was in the parking lot and it should be done by 1pm. today. I had to pick my granddaughter from school, Gaston Co. and proceeded to the dealership. Within this time Mr. Bowles who up to this point has not communicated with me called twice to confirm my arrival time and his reasoning was "he wanted to meet me and he was done working at 4pm"? Considering the amount of money I paid for the repairs it was unfortunate the lack of courtesy and attentiveness that I am use to receiving from any other Toyota dealership fell extremely short. (As a P.S this was the second time at this dealership, before I waited over 2 hours to have one tire replaced on my Lexus and again that visit did not go well either) needless to say this was and will be the last appointment at this dealership for me.
Overall the dealership is ok, the atmosphere is comfortable and clean. Advisors are inconsistent , sometimes rude and blunt when asked a question about āYOURā vehicle. Also they push service that isnāt always necessary , proven multiple times by 2nd and 3rd opinion being obtained
They installed a new airbag. They did a great job. I am well pleased. The service was great.
Everything from start to finish when as planned and went quickly. The associate who greeted me was knowledgeable and professional.

I had an 11:45 appointment for a recall check and at 1:35 they finally took my car in and five minutes later it was done. Ridiculous long wait when had an appointment.

Had my oil changed and was xxxxxthat my battery was leaking and should be changed. Also transmission needed to be serviced. If I am going to be told I need unnecessary service, I will take my business elsewhere.
Friendly, courteous employees. Oil change of 4/22/25 turned to adding 4 tires. This added more than 2 hours to my visit. Not pleased with the long wait.
Service greeter didnāt seem very friendly but technician who serviced the car was very nice and respectful. (Iām 85). Spent two hours waiting for just an oil change and battery replacement. Ugh too long.
