My scheduled appointment today with Toyota for routine maintenance was as usual, very good. I had short waiting period, no charge as still under the warranty program. My representative, Tim Fox, was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well. I've never had a bad experience with my Toyota dealership. Thank you for being in Rock Hill.

I took my car in for an oil change. It had been making noise and feeling a little off for the month prior. The problem was diagnosed, communication from the service representative was excellent, and the problem was resolved within 48 hours. Options were provided allowing me to choose what recommended fixes to have repaired with no pressure and upfront costs. A loaner car was given to me in the meantime, allowing me to continue commuting to work with my car in the shop. The car is now literally driving like it did on the day I bought it 9 years ago. ...
