I experience bad customer service, poor communication, lacking respect at Toyota Rock Hill,SC. I called and complained to the service manager, but he did not return my call. They not truthful and trustworthy, they gave the run around, did not answer about necessary cost on certain products and parts. Tell too many lies, unprofessional.

Ray did a great job scheduling and communicating with me to get my truck in to address recall.

Manny was able to take care of everything I wanted and made the buying process easy!

Service Advisor found that my tire with a nail in it was still under road hazard warranty because I bought them at Rock Hill Toyota. I got a new tire just for the mounting cost.

I will give agent who did deal with me he is very gentle and did awesome job to make sure what I need. But Finance guys are very scam they wait till very late to reveal my interest rate even when I am done transferring my insurance and everythin and reveal very high percentage . My credit score is excellent and can pay the cash for the care but they charge me 8.7 % APR which is very high for my score. What a pitiful excuse for all of their mistakes! Made an appointment for an airbag recall and oil change, made the appt WEEKS ago, purchased the vehicle from this dealership 4 years ago, have had most of the work done here, so they have it in their records. Got there, said it wouldn’t take 4 hours, will take two, they called me in 30 minutes, said they only did the oil change, because they didn’t have the part for the recalled airbag!! Toyota Rock Hill does all the maintenance on my Tundra. Tim Fox is my service advisor and I have complete faith in him. He keeps me updated on what needs to be done and always has my truck ready when he promises.

Was a time I highly recommended them. Now they apply high pressure and misdirection to get signatures to sell my info for advertising, and voluntarily relinquish all warranty rights. The forms no longer say I reviewed the labor and parts and am satisfied. “That’s just how they print but that’s not what it means.” Really? I’m saddened.

I was happy with their internet sales manager and my sales rep. They got me the car I wanted pretty quickly. I am not at all happy with the fact that we paid the full sticker price, yet the factory installed Toyota floor mats were taken out of the car. I am not a fan of rubber all weather mats. This seams like a shady tactic. Just so they can resell the mats that I already paid for. To spend over 50k on a new car, but not get Toyota mats that were in the car from the factory seams ...

Toyota Of Rock Hill is always so clean and organized. From the time you drive up to drop my car off and get a prompt greeting, to the time they alert me while in the customer lounge.

Appointments take a while but they do good work and are honest in their assessments

Check engine like came on and took to Auto Zone to have diagnostic run on it. Had to wait to schedule appointment until payday to get fixed. Checked in with Ray and explained what was going on. He advised to have dealership to do their diagnostic because those places have codes that don’t give a definitive answer to what is wrong with vehicle. And man was he correct. Was told to wait 3 hours for safety recall. Was told 2 and a half hours into wait that they did not have the supplies and was only able to do what was not covered by Toyota care costing me $100 and the car only has 15,000 miles on it. So much for paying extra for anticipated expenses. Should have stayed with GMC

Great service, great technicians who really know what they’re doing. Only place I will take my vehicles to get alignments because they are the only people I know of who can get everything dialed in perfectly.

Dealership is clean. Could use a few more seats in the common areas for waiting customers. Time spent is usually 1 to 1.5 hours which is typical.

Service is great. However those working at scheduling Service need more training. After several texts which they initiated, which is great, but they kept telling me I needed 25k Service, but I only had 20, 600 mi. Told them i needed 20k Service. They said i had that when I had 16k mi. I told them that was my 15k Service and they need to fix records. Told me to call. I did and scheduled, no problem. However when I asked if this was covered under my Service plan she said she did not have access to this info, only coordinators. I ...

Kamran was great! It was no fault of his that when I was there to get the “verdict” (with an appointment), it took almost two hours. When I came back to have the car serviced two days later, it was said it would take three hours - and took not even two. Perhaps because the hourly charge? I was able to get the amount reduced a little (not the whole hourly charge - but a reduction). I appreciated that.

They're quick to greet you when you arrive for service and helpful in recommending services needed that visit.

One of the worst experiences I have had doing routine maintenance. I was there for 2 hrs. Didn't receive my discount, was not kept informed on the status, was not told that they planned to keep my car till 6.( Even after I told them I had to be at work at 4) My appointment was for 1:45. The employee helping me was rude. I will not be doing business here again. Very disappointed. I've always had very good experience with the Toyota family until this visit.

Brought my car in for regular maintenance and the check-in and check out process was very smooth. The service time was on point; car was done in a hour like they said it would . Gentleman gave me a call to let me know once my car was ready.

Have dealt with Toyata dealorship in FL which was ultimately shut down by state for unethical business practice. Grew up in a Nash/Rambler dealorship in Fairmont WV where dad was a mech (LONG time ago when the [small town customer HAD to be king) so KNOW good vs. Bad = you guys are PROS. Toyota of Rock Hill made me an appointment on the same day to look at a tire that’s loosing air.

Everytime I go to this dealership, immediately I am taking care of. Anything I have a concerns with is addressed immediately and they've been wonderful, patient, courteous and thorough about this service.

I scheduled an appt for a new battery. After 30 minutes at the dealership I was asked to approve the purchase of a battery for $229. I approved the purchase. Then 30 minutes later I was informed there was no battery available and no one knew when a battery would be available. Once I arrived home I received a text asking for my approval to now pay $388. I approved the purchase and still do not know when the battery will be available for installation. I was told it could be months.

Thanks again Tim Evans for great customer service.. you are the true definition of a great employee that puts their customers 1st.. I hope they know how great you are at Toyota

Professional service advisors, fast, and courteous staff, clean environment, with all the amenities you need to conduct business while waiting on your vehicle.

I visited the dealership to have my oil changed. The service was fast and efficient, taking approximately one hour. Additionally, they did an inspection of the car and gave me a full report. My car is a Lexus GX460. This Toyota dealership is closer to my home than the Lexus dealership and they have always provided excellent service using OEM parts and providing me with care equal to the Lexus franchise.

My wife took our 4Runner in for an oil change. I was informed by the inspector that the brand new battery terminals need replacement from corrosion. I just installed them 5 days prior. I was informed I needed to do a battery check as an extra ($30) but the package we scheduled already had a battery check being done. The service guy Ray was rude about us not ordering tire from the dealership.

I call for service 1 day in the morning and was seen right away at 7 AM. I was told it was taking no longer than 10 to 15 minutes and they were true to their word.
