Spacious and Comfortable

Once you enter the 2021 Toyota Sequoia, you’ll quickly notice how much room the SUV has. With three rows, the Sequoia comes standard with room for eight. Some trims have seating for seven with optional captain’s chairs in the second row. Each Sequoia has a standard leather-trimmed steering wheel with several infotainment controls and a Multi-Information Display with Dynamic Radar Cruise Control and Lane Departure Alert. The Sequoia also has several useful interior features like grocery bag hooks, 16 cup holders, and a massive center console.

Attractive Exterior with Notable Features

Each 2021 Sequoia comes standard with LED headlights, taillights, and foglights, as well as a power tilt/slide moonroof. All trim levels come standard with running boards, although the color and styling vary. For durability on off-road trips, the Sequoia comes standard with engine and transfer case skid plates. Sequoia comes standard with 18” alloy wheels, with optional upgrades to 20” wheels.

Power Under the Hood

All trim levels come with a powerful 5.7L iForce V8 DOHC 32-valve engine with Dual Independent Variable Valve Timing. With 381 horsepower and 401 lb.-ft of torque, the Sequoia has the capability to tow 7,400 pounds. The rear-wheel-drive SUV comes with a six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is available for most trim levels.

Safe and Secure in the Sequoia

Toyota loaded the Sequoia with standard safety features starting with Toyota Safety Sense and its Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert, Automatic High Beams, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. The SUV also comes with Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Trailer Sway Control, and ToyotaCare with a no-cost maintenance program.

High-Tech Infotainment Features

The Sequoia is built for families and road trips. The standard Audio Plus infotainment system includes a 7-inch touchscreen, 8 speakers, three USB ports, voice recognition, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with Amazon Alexa compatibility and a three-month trial of SiriusXM®. Toyota included ten years of Safety Connect®, one year of Remote Connect, and three-months of Wi-Fi Connect. The Sequoia has an available Premium Audio upgrade with Dynamic Navigation and JBL® w/Clari-Fi® system with 14 speakers, including a subwoofer and an amplifier.
